Beginners Guide to Yoga for All

You don't need to be fit or bendy to start a Yoga practice, if you are great there are many benefits - if your not then also great there are possibly even more benefits. In this workshop we will explore and breakdown breathing techniques, posture, alignment and balance used in Yoga postures, but that can also be transferred into everyday life. If you or you know someone who is interested in trying Yoga, come and take those first few steps on the mat or maybe its been a while and you would get back to Yoga, you are all very welcome.
