A slow yet powerful yoga practice from our Penarth studio that combines an awakening and mindful flow with restorative stretches. This class takes place in room temperature and is for all levels. Slow flow class starts with poses that create strength and warmth in all the right places, followed by long yin yoga style stretches. Classes provide an opportunity to stretch, unwind and release, providing a good counterpoint to both busy lifestyles and cardio workouts.
