Saturday Circuit 8.30am-9.00am
A 30 minute HIT circuit, based on the Tabata protocol. With a total body warm up, mobility and stretch to start. We then have 5, 4 minute circiuts. We cater for most fitness levels, giving multiple adaptations to the client to give a all round body circuit, working at you own fitness level. Our Studio is in Penarth near Cardiff and Cardiff Bay.
